In addition to our farm-raised beef, we also sell pork and chicken purchased from trusted local farmers. We eat all of the products in our own home and highly recommend them to family and friends.

Individual items

Upon purchase, individual products will be vacuum sealed and frozen. For this reason, we cannot provide specific cuts or weights. For example, the majority of our steaks are anywhere from 3/4 to 1 inch thick and roasts are approximately 2-4lbs. If you are looking for a certain cut or weight for a specific item feel free to contact us and we can try to set something up for you.

 

Half or Whole Cow

If you're interested in purchasing a half or whole cow and would like to be added to our 2023 season list, please click the "order now" button below. We do require a deposit to reserve your spot.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards for shop purchases. Half or whole cows must be paid by cash or check. Our hours are by appointment only but are very flexible with availability.
